The easiest way to learn about a container listing before you make an offer or purchase the listing is to contact the seller directly. While many listings contain all of the relevant information that you'll need to make an informed decision, there are always questions that are unique to each specific buyer. On the ContainerAuction.com site our goal is to provide an intuitive experience that puts all of the important information and links right where you'd expect them to be, and contacting a seller regarding their container listings is no exception to the rule.
The first step in contacting a seller is setting up an account. Once this is completed and you've found a container listing that you're interested in, find the grey "Seller Profile" box on the right side of every listing. Near the bottom of this box is a blue "Contact" button. Click here and your message center will open. You'll then be able to send your inquiry directly to the seller. They'll be instantly be notified and reply when they're able. |

To do this you'll need to log into the site, click on "My Account" and the Messages link located on the left menu. On the Messages page you'll be able to read and manage all of your messages.
